There are increasingly powerful summons available in Silithus. First, you summon tier 1 summons (Templars), then use the items you gain to summon tier 2 summons (Dukes), and then tier 3 summons (Lords). At the highest level, you'll likely need a small raid to kill the monsters you summon. These monsters give reputation with Cenarion Circle when you slay them. The Duke summonings are the best for reputation gains. This is because the tier 3 summons only provide 25 more reputation while requiring a lot more components to summon them than the tier 2 summons.
